Labour Market Development Agreement Programs
Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDA) Programs and services can be discussed with the LMDA Client Services Manager in your region. If you are not satisfied with a decision with respect to LMDA programs and services, you can contact the LMDA Client Service Manager in your area. For contact information, please call 1-800-563-6600.

The Department has an appeal process to ensure that anyone who receives or requests support is given the opportunity to have their circumstances reviewed. The following describes the steps to take if you are not satisfied with any decision made by an employee of the Department.
