The Online Mailback System (TOMS)

This system offers you, an employed Income Support recipient, a convenient way to report your earnings online.

Online reporting is a new way of conducting business. Initially it will only be made available to a select number of working clients. As one of those clients, you will have a more active role in helping to determine your eligibility for a supplement to your income.

If you have any difficulties with online reporting, any changes to your circumstances or suggestions for improving this process, please contact your Client Services Officer for assistance.
