Newfoundland and Labrador’s public institutions have some of the lowest tuition rates in Canada. Tuition rates are frozen at these levels until 2011/12.

  • Inter-provincial Certification for 49 trades and provides training for 30 of these trades.
  • Provincial Certification for 10 trades and provides training for 7 of these trades.
