Welcome to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Programs and Services for Individuals and Families Guidebook - an initiative of the Poverty Reduction Strategy.

The Provincial Government offers a variety of programs and services for residents. The Guidebook is a convenient and easy way to get connected to basic information that a person or family may need.

This includes information such as a program’s name and purpose, as well as contact information such as a telephone number and/or email or related web site address.

The Guidebook contains information on many programs and services. As a resident of the province, you or a family member may be eligible for one or more of these programs and services.
