Full-Time Application

If you are a resident of Newfoundland and Labrador and require financial assistance to attend a post-secondary education program, you may be eligible to receive full-time or part-time financial assistance.

Select the funding type you are seeking and the appropriate application for your expected start date of studies.

Full-Time Students

Note: Please refer to the Part-Time Students section of the website for information on applying as a part-time student.

Before you start

Please read the Application Guide PDF (1.8 MB) carefully prior to completing your application. It contains a wealth of information you need to know when borrowing Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Integrated Student Financial Assistance.

You will need to gather the following information before completing your application:

  • Your Social Insurance Number;
  • Your income (and parental or spousal income, if applicable) from line 150 of the previous year's Income Tax Notice of Assessment;
  • Parents' dates of birth, Social Insurance Numbers and postal codes (for dependant students only); and
  • Your employment/education history for the past five years or since leaving high school.
